Gah! I haven't hit the range in, like, three weeks.

I need that meditation. The concentration that comes with ensure each and every shot goes dead center of the target. The calm breathing, helping with relaxation (something I find kills flinching). Of course, I have to learn how to deal with the occasional "flyaway" shot. Those tend to get on my nerves and rattle my concentration (I get pissed at myself).

Then, afterwards, some of my patented "Holy Shit! WTF kind of cannon was that???" .357 loads for the rush (still focusing on accuracy and non-flinching). And end up he evening with 20 to 40 7.62x54R's from Sasha. To keep regulated.

Tonight. Yes. No shotgun (that stays with the Mrs.) as my right shoulder is hurting bad enough as it is and the M44 isn't going to help in that regard.

But the best part is that mental happiness you get while shooting knowing that it irritates the Brady Bunch, or CeaseFire and their UFO believing, homosexual hating board members that you are exercising your right.
