Bob is a main character in my comic idea. Bob is a sheep. In fact, all of the sheep vice one is named Bob. The other is named Barbara.

I can't get the look of Bob nailed down. I have several versions I keep going back and forth on, but none of them "fit" with the styles of the other characters. Bob needs to convey "simple minded" and yet "overly emotional". I can do simple minded with dots for eyes since it gives the impression of a blank stare, but that makes it harder to show a wide range of the types of "concern" Bob is supposed to show.

But each time I try to add in a more complex facial set (eyes with eyelids, cheekbones, etc) Bob increases how complex of a personality he is, and that's not a good thing. Bob isn't complex, not by any stretch of the imagination.

Oddly, Cooper (the main character) doesn't generally have eyes - They're covered by his hair. Yet I can use his facial complexity to emote.

I swear, some day this is going to happen. When, though, I don't know.
