It isn't a gun free zone if you get shot
The whole concept of a "Gun-Free Zone" is so laughable, yet millions of people buy into the idea that if you put up a sign, it will stop criminals in their tracks.
Gun control is based on the same concept as "healing crystals" - that an inanimate object has some sort of magical properties that cause a human being to do things against their will.
Most rational people laugh at the idea of chunks of pretty rocks having magical powers, but shape that rock into a gun and watch that rationality spiral right down the drain.
