I'm just bummed I can't possibly make it to the Gunblogger's Rendezvous. It's in Reno, NV (State Motto - WHORES AND POKER!).
I can afford either the hotel or flight, but not both.
It would take me too long to walk there (no way I'd drive my 95 Jeep Wrangler that far!) and if I took an airplane, I'd be "Homeless in Reno" for a few days.
I should get a life sized, cardboard cutout of myself and mail it there so I could be there in spirit. Of course, I have a sneaky feeling that would end up at the wrong end of a range somewhere in Nevada.
