Just purchased a C-T.A.C. holster from Comp-Tac. I've seen one in action and it looks nice plus it has a lot of adjustability which, being new in CCW, could make the difference between buying one holster versus a dozen trying to find the right fit.
Even though the Glock 29 is considered a sub-compact, it's a bit wider than many other handguns. The C-T.A.C. doesn't add hardly any thickness (in the mm range) so I've heard it made it much more comfortable.
I will be in a transition period for a while since most of my clothing has shrunk or, certain bloggers have gotten larger :( and the waist bands are tight as it is. Once my permit gets in, I'll actually check which sizes of pants fit best while carrying. As much as I can, I'll simply wear with my shirt untucked until I can get pants that fit better (as well as longer shirts. I know those are shrinking as I've not gotten any taller!).
Of course, packing heat while at the beach wearing a flesh colored Speedo is always going to be difficult. If you people aren't nice, I might have to post pictures.
