Exactly 7 days ago, history was made when I bottled my first batch of beer. I still have 7 days left to wait to pop one open.

I may die of anxiety before then.

The first time I brewed beer I tried it too early and thought I failed, left it for a few more weeks and it was great. Just a observation, I might not know what I was doing either. Enjoy the countdown!

I'm not waiting all this time to let a few days spoil it. On Thursday I shall chill and sample. If not good enough, they'll sit a bit more.

Beer is something that shouldn't be rushed!
